Flat Fee MLS Re-Listing

Your listing expired or is about to expire and you want to extend the expiry date to another 6 months? Or you must have withdrawn the listing pre-maturely and now you want to re-activate the listing.

The fee to re-list or to re-activate your listing is $150.

Please note that a listing can only be re-listed or re-activated within 2 weeks from the time the listing expired or withdrawn. The same MLS number will be used.

For listings that has expired more than 2 weeks and needs to be reposted, the cost is $250. A new MLS# will be created for the listing and can be ordered here

You need to fill-up and have all owners sign this form after making the payment: Listing Extension Form
